We have only spent a night (a longer overnight layover we had in Cebu) but it turned out to be a good decision. The place is clean, a residential building in the safe new developing area of the city, being close to many restaurants and shops.

In the The Mactan Newtown district of Punta Engaño, close to Mactan Newtown Beach, Mactan Airport view with Beach Condominuim has a garden and a washing machine.

I had booked many hotels ( 5 stars) for much much less price than I paid for this hotel. I booked with priceline in same city for $ 42.00 with wonderful breakfast before & this hotel was horrible!!!
