Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Due motorbike brake we came very late, but before we caled and asked for extra service, we got everything we asked ❤️ thank you very much. My girlfriend and I loved everything about the hotel, it was absolutely fantastic. The room was quiet, it was clean, bathroom had everything you needed, there was a bathtub, tissues, toilet paper, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo. The room was amazing, the bed was huge, very comfortable and clean. There is a nespresso machine with 4 capsules, and 4 different types of tea that you can make yourself, there was a working fridge, a laundry bag, a telephone that connects you to the hotel staff, a big screen TV. The design of the room was amazing, we loved and enjoyed our stay. there was also a sauna and a gym as well for the hotel guests. we will be coming back to the hotel every time we visit Warsaw. the location is super great and very convenient, there is a tram way stop as well as bus stops where busses and trams come very often.
