A tidy place with everything needed for a longer stay. Insulated well enough not to be too hot in warm weather. I dreaded having neighbors (8 houses clamped together on a shared terrain) and that there are no large trees, but neighbors probed useful (kids played together) and there was shade enough in the evening. You just don't stay there at noon - you're at the beach. It was charming to be assigned differently-colored towels for each guest (most often you get all in the same color, easy to mistake). Shop within a 5 minutes walk. Restaurant next door (but not noticeably).

Relatively quiet place compared to other places along the costal zone. Nice walk to the beach of 1,5 km. Very nice beach. Water quality was ok, but not 100% sea water due to the closeness to the river.
