Friendly staff, great location, good size room, excellent breakfast. The staff were always helpful and arranged a packed breakfast for us when we had an early tour. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of foods, and staff in the dining room kept the tables clean and cleared away dishes quickly. The evening meal selection had a good choice and what we had was tasty.

No much to do here there is a shopping centre about 5 min walk from hotel. The bus service is great going into krakow but struggled coming back to hotel as drivers don’t speak much English and don’t have time tables so have to wait on buses

Receptionist was helpful, the price was perhaps high, and the pillows were not hard enough or gave enough support to my head. In general it was okay, I liked the fact that I could stay there and didn’t have to go out to get any food or drink as I was really needing to rest. Pillow wasn’t good enough, that it’s a very individual thing from person to person. Xxx
