Staff are very friendly and outgoing, and they smile a lot. Rooms are cozy, clean, and well equipped.
The restaurant serves tremendous breakfast, and there is always an option for a nice dinner.
Good choice of local craft beer, too.

The hotel underwent a full refurb from a post- communist relic to a super modern one a few years ago, which is great for the town. Sadly, Limanowa, with such potential for mountain trekking, sightseeing, and cycling, has ony one hotel of the class of Limanova Hotel.

Sparkling clean, comfortable rooms ,and the most accommodating staff. We arrived late, outside the check-in hours. The staff communicated through booking and a text message with clear instructions what to do upon arrival. Our keys with all the directions were left for my group in a designated place.
The breakfast was tasty and served in the room with breathtaking views. We spent an hour every morning enjoying the experience.
All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I commented on the amazing tangerines served for snack and an employee texted me the address of the store where they were purchased so I could stock up before leaving the area :)

Extraordinary experience! We arrived in the first heavy snowy day of the season and we were not able to reach the accommodation with our car. Ella was a really helpful host and the owner, Witold, came with an off-road jeep and brought us to the accommodation. Even more, he fed us with local dishes and drinks. The next day, after an excellent breakfast, he drove us back to our car.
The chale is situated in the mountains, in a wonderful and quite location but with a lot of touristic attractions in proximity. Beautiful landscapes - in wintertime was amazing.
Big and sparkly clean rooms within an overall stylish accommodation. Highly recommended.
It is pet friendly as well (we were traveling with a small kitten).
