Beautiful historic grand hotel in an excellent location next to a wonderful park and easy walking distance to the train station which goes directly to the Krakow town square. Very friendly, helpful staff and fabulous restaurant and also a cafe/bar. Peaceful terrace and garden for relaxing and reading.

Breakfast in particular was excellent and they now have an automatic espresso machine. It isn’t included with the rate unless you book the one with breakfast included.
Staff spoke good English at least the one I mainly interacted with.

The hotel is very clean and quite stylish. It's also quite near Nowa Huta center. I liked this a lot.

The location was perfect close to city center and the price was a good value for what you get. Breakfast was also nice with a lot of options to choose from And healthy food. The room was always clean and they cleaned everyday to the room. The staff was very helpful they let me leave my things for a couple of hours ( storage) meanwhile I waited for my bus. They have an elevator in case of people with mobility problems or if you are in a higher floor
