Rio Moment’s was amazing. The property was gorgeous, set on the side of a mountain. They treated us like family, going out of their way to make us comfortable. We hiked along the river on their property. So relaxing and beautiful.

If we had known that the road to the house were that narrow, we would have accepted the hosts offer to personally lead us to the house. The house was overall gorgeous and spacious. The view over the mountains is absolutely beautiful! We went to the Arouca bridge in the next morning and the staffing was really kind and offered us to make the breakfast a bit more earlier so that we could go without rush to our destination. Really friendly staff. They have partnerships with restaurants and they got the food for us, so we didn’t have to leave the facilities. It’s a somewhat hard drive but really worth it.

Steep downhill through the beautiful Portuguese countryside, small roads through vineyards on hillsides. The hotel is amazing, in the middle of nature. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly. Brilliant secret luxurious hide-away.
