Very beautiful and private setting, especially the rural residences. Wonderful restaurant, very personable and helpful staff, a truly lovely retreat up in the hills. The views are amazing! My only suggestion would be to update the gym with a few padded mats and a source of drinking water. The pool was very refreshing, the spa was tepid but the redwood sauna was heaven.

GREAT location across from the Monastery and accessible to many restaurants. The staff was welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good...and refreshed even to the end. Eggs, bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit...
I shared a room with 2 twin beds with a friend. The room was quite big and there was a lot of storage space to unpack. It was in the back, off the street. Very quiet with a patio that was very private.
There were many nicely appointed public spaces for meeting or hanging out.
Very good value.
