The location was perfect, every attraction in the city was a 10 minute walk away. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, during check-in, throughout the stay, and check-out. The breakfast buffet was delightful (on the one day that it was available during my stay), it had a wide array of savory, sweet, and everything in between.

Perfectly nice hotel! We stayed for only one night as we passed through Terceira. Everything was clean and comfortable enough. The wifi was very good, good enough for me to stream and even take a work call. The room is small, but not unmanagable. The staff was helpful and kind. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed the town of Angra, it has a bit more history and architectural beauty than we found elsewhere in the Acores, and this was the perfect location to explore from.

The hotel was nice and clean. Close to restaurants and we did have burgers in fries in the bar which were good. The breakfast was ok and had everything you may want though not hot enough for me but I like hot food. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
