The staff is very polite. We had the Family room which was spacios with nice balcony looking at the forest + spa access. The hotel is in a quite location, but still close to the lake and the main road. We had reservation with Half board and at dinner we recieved the Menu and you could order a 3 course menu, the water is also included, quite a lot of choises. They have kids menu also with quite some choises.
We had a lovely/relaxing massage at the Spa (paied extra). The big pool is nice (1.45m depth), they have a small salt water pool and a small kid pool too.

The food was diverse. We didn't eat the same food on our stay. We had breakfast included. All the food from restaurant was delicious. The spa is awesome. Our kids had a lot of fun and we managed to de-stressed. It was a good therapy for our souls and bodies.
