Room was very good, with a generous sized beds and comfy pillows. The cleanliness was wonderful. Smart TV with netflix/youtube. Wifi connection was good. Pools were ok, the water was clean and worm enough for the small kids/babies. The included breakfast was generous, with good quality and variety of food. Very nice and well equiped playgorund for the kids with dedicated personnell and activities in the evenings.

Fist of all, I would like to thank them for the excellent customer service. 10/10 to the staff, they were very helpful. The option of late check out was just perfect to enjoy their amazing facilities (guym, humid and hot sauna). The room was big, spacieuse, with an an amazing bed and very very comfortable. Excellent location. Close to the center of Braşov. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast with lots of selection. Our group of 16 Canadians + drivers enjoyed the Drachenhaus very much.
