I and of my friend were travelling with motorcycles across Slovakia, obviously in summer, and needed a place to spend a night after a a many km on the road. It was the perfect spot, just on the route, very clean, with a restaurant to provide basic but tasty food and a glass of beer. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean, modern nice bathroom. The fire in the reception and restaurant were really nice and welcoming.

Carrying staff. They did their best to make my stay unforgettable. Spa, jacuzzi, sauna, pool, acupressure massage bed and chair made my short break like heaven. There's a restaurant on site, Banícka cimra, it is worth go and try any of delicious meals they offer. Do not skip desserts ! Krémeš or štrúdľa - heavenly good! The room, towels and bedding were crispy clean, same as crockery. They are dog friendly as well. Beautiful place, a lot to do there. Don't forget your hiking boots! Silence and tranquility. I'll definitely make my plans to return.

Instruction video as well as written information were very helful on the arrival. Free parking at the property was perfect s weas location in a close vicinity of the old town. With many restaurants, shops, galeries and theatre in a walking distance. Villa of Dominik Skutecký, showcasing oil paintings of this excellent 18th century painter is just 5 min away (by walking). Location was also fine for morning run 3-5 km (via. old town, city park and SNP memorial)

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Loved everything about it, decor, beautiful location, great host. You couldn't ask for more. It was perfect for my needs: quiet, clean and loads more space than a traditional hotel room, plus amazing value considering the price of hotels in Banska Bystrica .The apartment is nicely decorated , pristine, clean, and came-stocked with all the essentials.Kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Bottle of wine was very a very nice touch. I found the neighbourhood to be safe and quiet, SUSCH maybe 2 mins walk , and there were some very cool restaurants and bars about 2 minutes walk away (possibly 5 minutes for most). Check in was very easy and communication with my host was spot on. I loved that I had more space and somewhere more unique than the usual hotel room. Guaranted parking place was a great bonus. Host recomended many places to see and places to eat at. Highly recommended! Proper home away from home
