The staff allowed me to check-in early. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Since my flight was later in the aftermnoon, the staff allowed me to check out late. The dinner buffet at the hotel restauant was very good.

The host is nice and supportive. The room is clean and comfortable. A lot of sockets for guests to use.
Bathroom and toilet are separated which is nice. The room is a bit small so it might be hard to open the suitcases at the same time, but we can accommodate this. Also, they make good use of the space using different ways to save space.
There’s a cafe on G floor where you can work and eat, and maybe wait for the rooms to be ready if you come early/leave late for the plane.
A lot of 7-11 nearby (at least 4 at walking distance) so no need to worry abt food and drinks. Mind you that the way to walk from the hotel to BTS is a bit stinky because of the sewer. Not the hotel’s fault though, and we used Bolt and Grab most of the time so not a big problem.

The staff were very accommodating, polite and cheerful. The room was well cleaned. Beddings were prepared good. I love the big windows, it made me feel comfortable even sorroundings were unfamiliar (since im a tourist). They’re also very thoughtful of putting up a beautiful towel decor with a birthday greeting. Honestly, i came back with a smile on my face when i saw it. Thank you! Supplies such as toilet paper and water were generously supplied. I love Khuun, the German Shepherd dog. He’s such a sweet boy. Love their food as well. There’s also has a cute bar where you can hangout right downstairs of the property.
