The hostess was extremely helpful, 100/10. We had an accident on the island, she helped us a lot, came to the place where accident happened, helped me to get to the hospidal, sat with us for 3 hrs, ordered a lift back. Amazing treatment. All the people on the island were friendly, right next to the Simple there's a sweet cafe with amazing food and very sweet lady keeping it. The housing is, as the name reveals, very simple, but had everything we needed. Would recommend. The wifi worked better than the places we were on Bkk oh Phuket. We even had breakfast included, but we slept into that.

The hostel was gorgeous and the owners were amazing. They are so kind and gave me fruit and a necklace as a thank you present. They also gave me a free lift to the pier which was a kind gesture as I had left organising my transfer a little late. Don’t expect this of course but they are just wonderful people.

Breakfast had fresh fruit, local dishes and chef-made omelettes on demand. Sometimes the staff had us wait a bit long, but who is in a hurry? Also it's nice to get everything billed to your room. The pool is very nice too.

Place has seen it's better days. Restaurant okay for breakfast. No bar or pool bar. Half the hotel is shut down. Was okay place for the price and location is perfect.

We asked for the newer type bungalow. I really liked the jacuzzi bath (with a view), nice, clean pool for a dip at the end of the day, quiet, spacious bungalow and friendly staff who helped arrange boat transfers, trip to Phang Nga bay, scooter rental etc.

its a pretty spectacular location but that also brings a fair share pf challenges as all the rooms are spread over the side of a mountain so it seems you are constantly dealing with logistical problems of moving around. However the rooms were well appointed with some nice local touch touches. The views are pretty spectacular and on the whole are nice and private which helps when using the spa baths on the balcony. the AC is good too - as it was very hot at the location.

We liked the room with jacuzzi pool. Great views. Breakfast OK with a mix of buffet and chef choices. Assistance with personal transport and local tours very helpful. The island hopping suggested by staff was great. Transport connections from Phuket airport to the resort were fine with a good ferry set up.
