This hotel is a bit basic but it is run very well and keep very clean. The room, bed and bathroom very comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean and fresh. Strong AC which is necessary for this humid city. Within 5 minute walking distances there are some nice restaurants. A two minute walk get you to a great little convenience store call Snack Pot where you get good, healthy sandwiches and meals at a very affordable price. A short taxi ride gets you to the downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
Hyatt Regency Trinidad is a 5-minute walk from Trinidad and Tobago Water Taxi and Ferry Terminal, plus it features an outdoor infinity pool, a state-of-the-art gym and a business center.

Breakfast was very enjoyable and the city views and environs while eating were captivating. Hanging out by the pool was very relaxing, especially with the garden scenery and aquarium close by. My daughter was able to pet some of the fish with a leaf which was fun for her.

When I had an issue the staff was immediately accommodating. Very polite and professional. The room was average, but the staff from the (front desk to the parking lot security) provided a great experience.

I want to start by saying thank you to all staff at Brix orthography hotel, I want to start with Mr. Curtis, and Antonio, for going out of their way to make tea for my girlfriend. Those guys were very nice and polite to us while staying at the hotel. All the staffs who help with the breakfast, I want to thanks you all for your hard work. Food was great. I give it a 10. I want to thanks the entire staffs from top to bottom. A special thanks to the deli ladies. On point with their customer service. I can't remember all the names. I want to thanks Janea, Nikisha.
