The hotel has just renovated this year 2024, so everything is new and clean. The room site was slightly larger than normal hotel room in Taiwan and the bed was comfy. In the toilet, there was an automatic toilet, like Japanese toilet, and they provided 2 large towels, 2 small towels and also a bathroom mat. The staff was helpful.

For being at the top of a scenic national park mountain, and for the price, it was a wonderful stay! it is true the bed is on the smaller side so staying as 1 person was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and overall, staying here and traveling around and joining their tours were all a breeze.

The location was amazing, great to be right up in Alishan for when we took the morning training and it was right next to food and shops. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the place was clean. I recommend the firefly tour at night!
