Agnes at reception was very friendly and helpful with all requests. Great to have a pool and a nice quiet neighbourhood - 5 min tuk-tuk into centre of Moshi, also some bars on the main road you can wonder up to. Food was very good.

We had only intended to stay one night but liked it so much that we based ourselved here for our whole trip We immediately felt comfortable and at home The owner was very welcoming and helpful, taking time to show us around the area. We loved our stay at the Honey Badger Lodge! Super beautiful pool area, restaurant and huts. Our room was very big with a separate shower room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and I loved my massage. One of the best ones I had in years! The food was all right, nothing amazing but good value for money.

Outstanding facility. All the staff members were extremely nice and thoughtful, and always seemed genuinely happy to help. The hotel is well kept in general, and my room was kept sparkling clean throughout my stay. The breakfast was great, and their room service was excellent with a reasonble amount of options. I used their shuttle from the airport, and that was also excellent. Another nice point is that they kept an open communication channel since my reservation, checking about my arrival time so that the driver would be there on time, checking on the day of my arrival to let me know that the driver was already there... Small issues that go a long way. Caring customer service is rare to find. (The goodnight cookies that they brought to the room were also a very nice touch) If you compare prices in town, this is probably a somewhat more expensive facility, but it is 100% worth every single penny.
