Outstanding facility. All the staff members were extremely nice and thoughtful, and always seemed genuinely happy to help.
The hotel is well kept in general, and my room was kept sparkling clean throughout my stay. The breakfast was great, and their room service was excellent with a reasonble amount of options.
I used their shuttle from the airport, and that was also excellent.
Another nice point is that they kept an open communication channel since my reservation, checking about my arrival time so that the driver would be there on time, checking on the day of my arrival to let me know that the driver was already there... Small issues that go a long way. Caring customer service is rare to find. (The goodnight cookies that they brought to the room were also a very nice touch)
If you compare prices in town, this is probably a somewhat more expensive facility, but it is 100% worth every single penny.
