I traveled from Las Vegas Nevada to Van Buren to watch the total solar eclipse. The motel 6 was expensive at $180 a night, but less expensive than hotels closer to centerline. The accommodations were fair, clean, but Spartan. Decent for an overnight stay.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Could walk to BBQ place.
We enjoyed being in a small town, as opposed to a big city.
We enjoyed being in a small town, as opposed to a big city. The people were all friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to park our camping trailer in the main parking lot, very close to our room.
We stayed at the Motel 6, and ate our supper and breakfast at the adjoining Airedale Diner -- very satisfying! The bourbon steak was especially tasty, and we were very impressed with the homemade blue cheese salad dressing and the cornbread muffins.
Well done, Alma!

While booking this location, one of the reasons we stayed...
While booking this location, one of the reasons we stayed was the included breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing, the breakfast which we paid for was watered down juice, coffee was not very hot, the breakfast offers individual packs of mini muffins, powdered Donuts, individual waffle,pre-made or honey bun. This was disappointing to not have old or hot meal service, warm coffee, very limited options for breakfast which were offered when booking & we paid for! We had to eat elsewhere ultimately! Second floor was warm and broken ice machine, had to enter from front or back, couldn’t use side doors! Many more options just 30 more minutes away, wish we would have booked elsewhere!
I like the location I have a family member that lives in Alma so it would've been nice to have stayed in Alma. There are a couple of really good restaurants by the hotel. The staff was lovely. Everybody that worked there was very kind and very professional staff alone is worth going back for. Unfortunately, Our room was not able to accommodate handicapped. Also, when I walked on the floor and it was carpeted, my feet turned black I had to wash them before I got into the bed.
The cabin was in a remote area but not too far from civilization. It was very quaint and SUPER clean! We loved it! The owners were awesome! We had a few questions and they were answered quickly and politely. As for value, you couldn’t beat the price! It was less expensive than a hotel and a lot more cozier. I have no reason to visit Arkansas again but if I did, I would definitely stay there! I highly recommend it!
When I checked in the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful. I had noted on the Booking.com app that I was traveling with a small dog and would need a ground floor room. This was NOT told to the hotel, and she had to make some changes to get me in one of the drive up motel style rooms which are pet friendly. She helped make sure everything was taken care of and my fur-baby and I settled in quickly.
Convenient location off interstate. Restaurant attached to motel-decent selection of American menu, enjoyed the breakfast meals, mainly. There were other food choices available. Room was refreshed daily. Basic room amenities. King bed was very comfortable and restful sleep. Parking was adequate. Major plus, short drive, drop off laundry service. They folded my clothes and packed my suitcase.
Convenient, quiet location. Good value. The restaurant next door serves good food and has friendly staff. Parking lot is well lit. In-room fridge. Clean, recently updated rooms. Since we meet family for breakfast next door we justified the lack of a hotel breakfast as a trade off for a lower room rate. Normally we look for hotels that include breakfast.
I personally think that this Location was great, and check in was easy. The room was completely updated and very comfortable. The hotel is Directly across the street from places to eat and get fuel before you resume traveling. I hadn’t stayed at a motel six in years. I was Glad that I stopped and booked a room
My first (of many!) hotel stays in Arkansas/Missouri that has met expectations. In fact, exceeded expectations! Ownership/Management is professional & Staff is outstanding. The only hotel I would recommend to future guests in NWA.
Absolutely nothing. A filthy dive with a
Terrible bed. Non-smoking
Room smelled like smoke, toilet didn’t flush, light in bathroom didn’t work. Hotel in terrible condition!!!
