    Good people live here.

Good people live here. We were snowed in however the manager of our hotel drove me to an appointment, and the doctor drove me back to the hotel. Even though Anacortes is a medium sized town, it has people who help as if you'd known them for a long time. It has a good small town feeling.

I've stayed in four different hotels in the past six years while passing through Anacortes. It's an interesting port town. It appears that the only big grocery store is the Safeway. Anthony's Seafood Restaurant has fabulous food and an equally stunning view, but you pay for it.

Anacortes is a nice town that provides access to the ferry to the San Juan Islands in the Samish Sea north of Seattle. Lots of restaurants, and we like the walk up to the top of Cap Sante Park, overlooking the harbor.

You should have dinner at Anthony's for steak and seafood. Great views and staff are always cheerful and helpful. Excellent meals. Frieda's is also an interesting palce for a fusion style Mexican meal . Food is great and very tasty.

    Anacortes is our favorite destination.

Anacortes is our favorite destination. We try to visit Anacortes yearly and have considered moving there. The whale watching with Island Adventures is the best we have ever seen. There is a relaxed laid back atmosphere to the whole town and ferry access is fantastic.

The room was not at all worth what I paid. It had a clogged drain and no housekeeping for $300 per night. I had a view of an alley. The hotel was understaffed. I could not get through to anyone in the evening when I needed an extra blanket. The breakfast was a hard boiled egg and a bagel. It was one of the worse hotels I ever stayed in. I was very disappointed. I am sure I was overcharged. I’m just really mad and feel ripped off. I’ll never stay there again.

A charming, cozy, comfortable, quiet place with helpful staff and nice views.. The grounds are spacious and peaceful, and I saw deer, rabbits and a fox during my stay. You can walk here from the ferry, but be aware that the hill is pretty steep so you may want to get a taxi. The continental breakfast was the only disappointment; choices were sparse. But I loved everything else about this hotel. I'd stay here again for sure.

Hotel has great value for proximity to ferry boats. Location is convenient for grabbing dinner (restaurants will likely be BOOKED UP - so Make reservations!) and then breakfast on the way to ferry boat. If I had another early morning ferry - or a reason to stay in Anacortes, I would gladly stay at Marina Inn. For the value of the hotel - the cleanliness was great - and staff was very courteous.

Quiet hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, and spacious room. Owners were very accommodating of a late check-in. Having a toaster in the kitchenette room was an unexpected bonus for the breakfast we had packed. Location is great with several restaurants (including bagel & coffee shop) nearby.

The place was clean and a newer hotel. It is great that you are provided with a fill size fridge and small stove that enables you to cook during your stay. There is no pool but the hot tub while small, has some of the best jets I have ever experienced.
