The hotel is decently located in Asheboro, though it’s a small town so it’s hard to be too out of the way. It’s right next to a Walgreens which is convenient. The desk staff are very welcoming and continental breakfast was included. The bathroom was pretty spacious, seemed like it’d be good for someone in a wheelchair. The breakfast was standard: muffins, bagels, bread, toaster, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, 3 cereals, some fruit, yogurt.

Nothing really, over priced. No pool. I did like the desk person who was kind enough to move me to another room when I let her know I was uncomfortable with being so far from the front desk. She was great!

This place is absolutely beautiful, nice mudroom entry and, a beautiful kitchen with tons of little extras. Huge dining table for families, a beautiful tub in the master bath and the kids loved the outside play area.

Great restaurants around the major hotels which were all down the same road. Love the zoo and it is located a perfect distance from the hotels. Kickback Jack's was a great place to eat with a great variety of food. We did the order online and parking lot pick up. I have to say they are on top of things. The lady brought out our food and a box of utensils and condiments in case we had forgot to request online, and I did.

We went with the intention of going to the North Carolina Zoo. The area was easy to navigate in the daylight. After dark, it was a bit trickier due to unusual entrances/exits in parking lots. The people were super nice and friendly wherever we went.

Location was good.
Location was good. Breakfast choices very limited, No microwave to heat up muffins or fruit pastries. No scrambled eggs, Bacon was good. Limited food supply & slow to refill selections. Had to get up & check or ask for food refills. No Waffle Maker as shown in hotel advertisement-DISSAPOINTED. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Many local restaurants. Indoor swimming pool is NOT HEATED as advertised and the area where the pool is located needs a lot of maintenance. Did appreciate the towels available for drying off. Sole purpose of staying at the Asheboro, NC location was for heated pool and free breakfast. Both were in need of more attention as guest rerally do use both these features. Not sure I would stay here again unless these two features are grossly improved. Beds were cofortable and environment was quiet at night for sleep.

I have lived in Asheboro for 14 years but had to vacate my apartment before I found an apt. I could afford. Asheboro has the NC state zoo and a few other things for tourists. For value the Golden Corral is nearby, and on 220S a restaurant called David's is a very nice family place.

We love going to Asheboro.
We love going to Asheboro. We were there to visit Uwharrie National Forest. We had just leased a new Subaru Outback Wilderness and wanted to see how it handled the trails of Uwharrie. We also love America's Roadhouse restaurant in Asheboro....their seafood is the best and the plates are piled high....just wish they were open on Sunday like they used to be!

I grew up during my Junior High and High School years.
I grew up during my Junior High and High School years. stayed and started a career while still living at home with my Parents and my siblings stayed until 1986 when i moved away from Asheboro. Continued to return periodically for High School Reunions, weddings and funerals. I always managed to get together wuth Friends still in tge area and even attended a church that a longtime friend of mine pastors . I Love Asheboro its grown up so much that theres mire to do now than it did when I was growing up. Stopoed by and nate at one of my favoriter Restaurants. From when I lived here and even managed to stop nearby and shop some. This was icing on the cake for me. This added to make my stay excellent. .
3 sets of key cards couldnt open the door & when the maid opened the door couldn’t lock it from the inside. Then had to Move rooms, the tv in the new room didn’t work. A lot of unnecessary chaos. I was told it was under new management. And since it’s under new management, it’s required to Leave a deposit of $150 cash if you’re using cash. That’s not on the internet when booking your room. The staff was helpful but don’t think I will be returning 2nd trip to this hotel in asheboro nc and nothing but headaches.
Room, property very very clean. A+ , especially knowing most facilities are under staff. Very quiet to be fully booked, great family friendly Guests. Nice Big King room w Spa Tub, main reason I booked, other Hotels across st didn't have that description listed on-line. Near all my favorite Dept Stores, theatres & Mall & lots restaurants to choose from. Will book again.. I'm Gluten Free so I couldn't eat the breakfast, I had my own. This was my I Need To Get-a-Way trip, just 50 min drive. I will be back.
They had bugs and roaches. The hallways were dirty the room smelled bad and the water in the toilet in the bathroom kept almost overflowing. There is no elevator in the hotel. The breakfast was not good they only had waffles no eggs no bacon no sausage nothing out of the normal breakfast that will be served at a hotel.
The hotel was exactly what we where looking for. Clean, convenient, comfortable and the breakfast bar was on par to get you full and let you hit the road. If you are into swimming the pool was more then enough and the hotel looked to be very new inside and out.
The location was great we were only a few minutes away from the zoo. The breakfast was good. This was the first hotel we’ve stayed in that still does a hot breakfast since Covid started and that was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind.
I love that the hotel offered breakfast and the location of the hotel was convenient to a lot places that we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had such a home away from home feeling. Certainly will be back next year.
Convenient location. Well lite property, very well maintained property. Clean lobby, breakfast area, elevators, room, bathroom. Friendly staff all busy working to operate hotel each time you saw someone. I highly recommend this location.
Close to the zoo which is why we came to Asheboro. Free parking on site. Mini fridge/microwave in rooms. Friendly housekeeping staff gave extra towels/washcloths when we asked
