Very centralized to many restaurants. Parking was abundant and easy to access. I also liked the elevator security; a rider needs to have a key card to get to their floor.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool temp was not too cool & not too warm but the Spa was closed our entire week. The office area had outdated software and i couldnt log into my email. Our king size room was great size (1 adult, 2 teen daughters & our furrylove) and clean. Breakfast was great and the free coffee, cookies & fruit until midnight was great! Decent size outside areas for dogs, outside patio was closed off. Could use extra trash bucket, vending machine = crazy money so bring snacks & drinks. So many dining or take out just a few minutes away.

The hotel was easy to find.
The hotel was easy to find. We were only there overnight so we really didn’t explore Bedford, but the hotel was in a nice neighborhood. We would recommend the area and would definitely stay here again.

It was supposed to be a full breakfast, but their excuse for offering crap was COVID. Offer better things with some substance for breakfast. Lots of things come individually wrapped besides the crap they had.

Unfortunately, there are too many different Nationalities!
Unfortunately, there are too many different Nationalities! WE took ubers the whole time we were there. There was only 1 person that was AMERICAN and that we could understand. Bedford itself is ok, the city is jammed up with traffic. I wasn't expecting that. So, NO I don't care for this city. I like to be able to communicate with people, mostly AMERICAN people!!!
There were many good things about this hotel but they didn’t outweigh all the negatives. On the plus side: Spacious room, great shower pressure and free-flowing bathtub drain, lots of vanity space around the sink, large desk, good sized refrigerator, loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet).
The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful.
The hotel was very clean. The hotel room was very nice and clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was fantastic. I had eggs waffles and fruit.
We had a very nice stay, would definately come back.
