The place was clean. The room was comfy, the staff was very friendly. I also liked the patio area that you had your own like smoking area. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast. The location and especially the extreme bar, and Grill was very convenient. The pizza there was so delicious.

We were pleasantly surprised at the vibrancy of the city and how much there is to see and do! What a great city! We had a wonderful dinner at Storia Cucina and met the talented head chef, Helen who came over to say hello, which made our evening. And next door at Red Light we got one of the best cocktails we’ve had in a long time. All the people we encountered were down kind and down to earth. Hope to be back soon.

Bellingham is a smallish, funky and cute town with 19th century beginnings. It has a lot of character and is surrounded by a lot of natural beauty. I would like to go again and enjoy the lake and the sound, hiking and other scenic areas. There are good restaurants and parks around the city for walking. It is very bicycle friendly and pet friendly, and the people seem really nice and laid back.

We enjoyed our visit for 1 night with our furry kid.
We enjoyed our visit for 1 night with our furry kid. We felt very welcomed. The customer service was spectacular.
We were delighted on the variety of food at breakfast. Good food.
Very clean hotel. I would highly recommend.
Great location, walkable to shops, restaurants, beach, boulevard park. Breakfast was just coffee, tea and muffins. Wine at happy hour was great to sit on the upstairs deck and enjoy the sun, or play games in the cozy lounge. The room was really large, so was the price tag but we stayed mid week so paid less. The Irish Nachos at Archer's pub were amazing! Breakfast at Keenan's with heat lamps on the patio is great. So many bookstores in Fairhaven but my favorite is walking to Wood's coffee shop on the water.
Very spacious room. Exceptional comfort bed.
Beautiful views of the water, bay, islands and mountains.
The large bay window with the built in sitting spot was large enough for the two of us to gaze out at the spectacular views. Plus we actually love to watch and hear the occasional train go by
For what this hotel room provided along with it's location, the price was worth every penny and then some
Every staff member we talked with were pleasant, helpful and spent the time with us
Location was great! 5 min. From downtown, the college, and Fairhaven District. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean and fresh smelling. Room offered everything needed: face wash, body soap, lotion, conditioner, coffee, creamer, sugar. Room also included a small fridge and microwave.
The grounds are gorgeous. My husband and I sat on the expansive patio and watched the sunset. The hotel and restaurant staff were excellent. There is a walking path that passes just in front of the motel that goes around the marina to a lovely park. The hotel is just minutes away from Bellingham.
Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy and bathroom was spacious and modern. My husband liked the breakfast and brought it up to the room. We've stayed at Oxford suites in Redding and always received good service. So we decided to try it in Bellingham. No regrets!
The hotel was a 10-minute drive to Fairhaven and Boulevard Park. My room itself was very clean and quiet throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff came by with fresh towels daily and to change the wastebaskets in my room. Your linens are changed only on request.
The Location was very central. The bed and linens and pillows were fantastic. The staff were kind and helpful.
And the unit had lots of towels, good beer fridge and desk space. Great size. Chalkboard wall was a fun touch I’ve never seen in a hotel room before!
Hotel room was very clean, quiet & lots of room. The breakfast was superb, lots of different foods to chose from! Loved all the pillows on comfy beds & the bathroom was very spacious. Will stay there again for sure.
The breakfast was a good start to the day. The location is easy to find both from the freeway and from the downtown area. It is quiet and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
Location is excellent for walking to downtown Bellingham sites (including the performing arts center and restaurants). Appreciated free parking and friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable.
Having been coming back to the Coachman for years. Only go someplace else when they are full. Don't like to stay at any other hotel in Bellingham. Great value comfortable beds and quiet!
Great hotel! Stayed there for a house tour. Perfect location, clean and just across the parking lot from the airport. Great if you are catching the 5:30 am flight.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean, nicely appointed spacious rooms. Great breakfast and convenient parking. Love this hotel, never disappointed with this chain!
Location was convenient to downtown and Fairhaven; it was nice to have the hot tub. Everything worked in the room. The front desk person was courteous.
