Greeted by a few German roaches in the bathroom when I turned the lights on. The breakfast sucked out loud, if you can call it a breakfast. 2 choices of off brand danish and a waffle iron to cook a waffle for yourself that you have to eat in the lobby and can’t take back to your room because of the syrup I was told. One option for coffee bold that was luke warm and bitter. The WiFi didn’t work but every 3 or 4 minutes without having to sign in over and over and over and over and over again!! Staff was rude and shitty. Bed was great!. So I won’t be back. Not at all worth the $169 I paid for the night and was ripped off instead. Never again will I stay at another super 8 location or believe one of booking.coms reviews because they sure missed the mark and mislead me on this one for sure. I won’t be using them in the future and will be staying at holiday inn or Hampton from now on. You get what you get when you take a chance on something I guess. Live and learned.

We really enjoy coming to Biloxi. It’s not really like it use to be. Much more expensive to dine in some restaurants and can’t get the room service for cleaning like we use to. But we enjoyed our stay despite a few obstacles.

The best thing about our stay was the convenience of having everything in the casino. A couple of things that were unusual; no microwave in the room. Winning tickets didn’t give coins. One of the elevators didn’t work. Parking was a little tough. But I did like the high ceilings in the parking area.

Even though I am not a beach person, driving by the beautiful beaches was nice. I was there to make new acquaintances, and Biloxi has some very nice people. They were all friendly and engaging, and showed me a really good time. I was able to release my stress, and I left Biloxi feeling refreshed and able to relax again.

I love the fact that it is a very family oriented environment. There’s entertainment for adults the eating in the casinos, the beach, the sunsets the amusement parks the go kart track is always fun. The I visit the Mississippi Gulf Coast very regular and I used to live there. I go to cruising the coast and scraping and jeepin the coast every year one of the biggest problems is not enough nice hotels and motels. The quality of the hotel and motel is hit or miss some of the advertising on booking is faults so be careful what you book the pictures aren’t they make out to be

I’m am so disappointed, and may I add so frustrated, at Hyatt Biloxi. I booked my stay 10 days in advance while out enjoying dinner with friends after a long day of activities received a voice mail from hotel staff at 6:26pm the night of our stay that they were unavailable to provide my room due to “housekeeping issues” and cancelled my room/reservations. As you can imagine being exhausted from the day of activities and being reading to settle in, get a shower and some good rest, this ruined our day. There were several big events happening in town, one of which we traveled for to Mississippi for. The only comparable available room we could find was a 40 minute drive away. Might I also add when I tried to call the Hyatt manager that left me the voicemail back no one ever picked up. I do not and will never recommend this hotel.

It is a beautiful city that has a small town vibe.
It is a beautiful city that has a small town vibe. The roads are great and casinos are easily accessible. Dont spend all your time gambling...get out and explore. The beaches are good but water smells bad and looks dirty...this is a shipyard with many fishing boats docked. Alabama beaches are alot better in every way. We ate at the Hard Rock cafe which is overpriced. I could not eat my french dip...even my fries tasted like fish which I hate but all was forgiven when my hubby and I shared the hot fudge brownie. It was amazing!!! Thanksgiving $35/each buffet was awful (see review). Do your research and stay somewhere else.
Our room was very clean. Bedding was comfortable and loved the small pillows. I needed an extra pillow, and housekeeping was very quick to deliver. The room was very quiet even though we were next to the elevator, and hallways were very quiet also.
Fantastic water pressure in shower and love the shower fixture with the pan and handheld shower. We have stayed in 3 other casino/hotels in Biloxi, I believe this is our new favorite. The only reason I did not rate it a 10 was due to parking garage. Thank you Scarlett Pearl.
Breakfast was good! Love the convenience of a buffet style Breakfast downstairs. Bacon, 2 styles of omelets, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, mixed fruit, yogurt, cereal and bagels. The kitchen staff were so friendly and kept food coming out fresh. Location is great- walking distance to restaurants, beach and fun center for kids. The room was very spacious, updated and clean. Enjoyed my stay! My anxiety was not tested in this hotel.
The is by far the best value I have found in a hotel. The halls were clean, the room was comfortable, the air was fresh, and the staff was friendly. And for $54 I got a room for my wife and I, right on the beach! I was blown away. It is small, but way beyond the expected value
comfortable, clean, everything worked. good bed, clean sheets and cover. plenty of bathroom towels and condiments. very nice. right on the beach. good view of the Gulf. plenty of parking. next to a large open field for those with service animals to walk their animals in.
I loved the room the hot tub was amazing after a long drive from Huntsville Al down it was way better than the room we got for free at treasure bay casino n hotel .. I wished we stayed here for the two extra nights we was in Biloxi ms..
Room was terrible. Heat didn’t work. Shower didn’t work. Had luke warm water midway thru shower. I was in room 824. Next trip to Biloxi will be to another hotel/casino. Bill Radcliffe,(240) 925-3710
It was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I would never stay there AGAIN!!! Room was DRITY, Food in side hotel was nasty, EVERYTHING is way to HIGH but NOT WORTH THE PRICE ! I wouldn’t let me Dog Sleeo there!
