Staff extremely rude. Paid for a whole week and got zero room service. Paid for another week and still no room service not even between weeks. Very unprofessional staff. Maintenance man was drunk on the job.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Kankakee River Sanctuary! Rob was very responsive and a great host to work with. The river views were gorgeous. The home was perfect and clean. We hope we can return soon in the future.
