Stayed here while cycling on the FL C2C trail, as it is right off the trail. My room was very modern, clean and in excellent condition. Appeared brand new, compared to similar recent and comparable bookings. Several shopping options close by on what is otherwise a busy strip mall-lined highway. I would have been happy to stay several days due to the comfort of the room.
The Days Inn Brooksville is located off Interstate 75, 30 minutes’ drive from Weeki Wachee Mermaid Park. Due to the present situation of COVID-19 we are serving grab and go breakfast.

Ever stayed. Booking.com showed this property as pet friendly. It was not. So I paid for a night and didn’t get to stay. I guess this is more of a negative review of Booking.com than Holiday Inn Express.

It was not clean, no stopper in tub or sink, stained sheets.
It was not clean, no stopper in tub or sink, stained sheets. It was a small room, there was a dehumidifier running, but it didn’t totally take care of the moldy air. The sink wasn’t clean. The breakfast was very slim, worst I have ever seen in a motel.

The hotel is in a great location as we were visiting family in the area. The room was nice and the bathroom was large and had ample room. The beds were comfortable. The elevators went inoperative while we were there but the hotel got one working pretty quickly. There was no room service I'm guessing due to covid which means no new towels or trash take out but the towels were available upon request. There are some nice restaurants in the area as well as fast food. The Tasty ice cream place just down the street was a delight. Overall very nice hotel and we will stay there again.

We visited family and went to the American Legion had a great day there with the veterans and their families . Was there for Daytona Bike week however they got shut down also. so was really bumed out as we couldn't be on the beach did go to a auction but all in all was not what we intended to do. Now we are back home and all this virus is still bad we can't have any Dr. appointments for at least 3 weeks.
The location was ideal and the house inviting. They offered us both rooms upstairs which were comfortable and well maintained. The stairway up was solid and easy to navigate, even with a bad knee. I can highly recommend staying to anyone in the area looking for something quiet and unique.
Everything! We were treated super nice, Leah (I hope I’m spelling it right) was absolutely fantastic, gave us a ton of information about the area and we had a super nice chat. Breakfast next morning was great and she even accommodated the time we need.
This house is beautiful.
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen
This is the perfect alternative to a hotel.
The price was unbelievable for our stay—-$293.00 total for 3 nights (March 1-4, 2022)
Super well kept and clean.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Friendly welcome. Everything clean and comfortable. Quite quirky (as opposed to the bland hotels we had been staying in). Staying in someone's home was different. Continental breakfast but that's what we expected. Happy to recommend.
Ardendale’s is so charming. We loved sitting outside under the live oak trees and the warm hospitality of the owner, Beat. It made me wonder why we ever stay at a hotel!
Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and definitely will return.
Quiet place and huge yard. Gated property. Nice sized bedrooms with plenty of room for a family’s . The fact that it was pet friendly is why we choose this place.
