The place is pretty rustic, but very comfortable; at our arrival, the check-in was fast and we got a room upgrade as a more spacious one was available. The room was clean and had anything we needed. The staff was very welcoming, professional, nice and casual the entire time, offering suggestions and help. Breakfast and dinner had lots of options and I appreciated the few vegan/vegetarian ones. We used the shuttles/buses to reach the resorts and ski rather than renting a car and the service is just great: the bus stop is exactly in from of the lodge on both directions. On the last day we asked to leave our luggage after the check-out and it was possible to store bags with no problem.

check-in was easy and a very friendly clerk. the room was very clean, something I hadn't seen on this trip so far. We didn't
have breakfast because we left at 6:45 am and nothing was out.
