Front desk was excellent with guest satisfaction and actually cared!!! we traveled with a pet and the pet rooms were all full but he made two phone calls and were given a room!!! Employees like this should be rewarded and promoted!!!

Bugs crawling, dirty towels, burns on the sheets, no tv guide, the do not disturb sign was so small that it would not stay on the door. These are just some of the things that was not acceptable.
