Room was clean tho. Beds comfortable too. So would go back but ck room out before settling in. This was a late reservation so took it all w a grain of salt.

The property was EXTREMELY clean. My son loved the pool and didn’t want to leave it even though we had other plans. The staff was top notch. Loved this place so much that I may need to switch brands.

This property is a haven for drug addicts. We went through moving 3 times! 4 different rooms and none of them are as described or pictured in the advertising of this hotel. The king size bed we ASKED for was more than years old by the feel, rooms were filled with bugs, blood stains, urine odor, and one reaked of marijuana. A great way to spend my bf 9 years CLEAN AND SOBER. We were LATE getting to our concert and lost a better spot by the stage, had to be on the phone with customer service while trying to enjoy the concert, only to be told you could offer $5? Really? We ended up having to move again and again until 1am! We ended up with a DOWNGRADE to 2 double beds, had to sleep separately, and the room was trash, but we needed to SLEEP! I WANT A FULL REFUND. Save your money it was bad!Needs totally remodeled you name it it was messed up .the Bedding is as old as the building and the building is awful , if you got a tarped roof there may be a issue. Won't go back.

Very dark hallways on way to second floor . Poor patch work on walls in bathroom drywall cracking falling off walls. A lot of paint missing on all walls. All over needed a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Just my opinion of course. We just wanted clean bed and shower and had to get beach towels out of car to take shower. The pictures on the site did not look like what the room showed. When we walked into the lobby it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was dirty. Paid for our room. Went to it. Was in there for maybe 10 minutes. Did not unpack our stuff. Our room smelled liked cigarette smoke. There were gapes beneath the door and the air conditioning you could see through to the outside. Those 10 minutes our husband and I talked about leaving. So we asked the clerk if we can leave and have our money back. We were told management would have to refund the money and he wouldn't be back until 11:30am the next day. We just drove 8 hours to leave a hotel and find another one. I was not happy. He told me to call back tomorrow and he would refund all my money. Yeah that didn't happen . We were reimbursed only one night. Mind you we basically walked into our room and left. Called and spoke to the almost English speaking manager and he proceeds to argue with me. Then yell over top when I'm talking. Telling me that its not his fault his employee told me I would be refunded. Then he hung up. So...... word of advice..... DO NOT GO HERE AND I REPEAT DO NOT !!!

House keeping which is an elderly gentleman knocks on the door but doesn't hear you when you yell "I'm fine" so he opens the door why you're laying in bed. This is hotel hell. There's so many people there and they stay up all hours of the night outside and they're not quiet. As you're walking to your room the smell of marijuana hits you in the face.
