Shuttle service to the airport, staff was friendly and helpful
Dont go there . I've stayed at other Candlewood hotels in VA. Whatever you do stay away from Candlewood Chester, PA. The front end desk manger is just as bad as the prison that's across the street from there. Way much better service at the Candlewood in Va .

I will never in life stay at this hotel ever again I was given a dirty room with dirty sheets then when I went downstairs to complain they gave me a second Room with throw up all in his sink.. That was the nastiest thing I have ever experienced in my life. With this Pandemic going on they gave me 2 nasty rooms they are not professional and don't care about the customer safety.

Customer service needs to be better.
Customer service needs to be better. The front desk manager I thought needed some work. The girl that checked me in she was nice and courteous. I wanted a king size room but ended up getting a queen size room because they didn’t have the room available. The microwave didn’t work but was offered a different room. I have a disability so it’s not so easy for me to up and move everything to a different room. It was all coffee grounds in the coffee maker when we went went to go make coffee. Won’t be back…

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone after the experience our family has had from the shake down check in..asked for $150 deposit after pre payment online... had to change rooms to find a clean ones .. had management walk in on my female relatives and wouldn't let cleaning a window be done after we check out! Grateful we didn't learn of that until we're home! Nasty is best way to describe the situation and most of the rooms! No repeat customers!

Very close to the Philadelphia airport.
Very close to the Philadelphia airport.
The carpet is too old and smells.
Hair dryer, microwave and alarm clock were all not in place when I checked in. I made requests to get those items. One of the lay at front desk forgot about my request and I waited for her delivery of a hair dryer until 11:00pm. I was tired but couldn't sleep. I had to go down to the front desk the 2nd time to ask. Fortunately, the boys at the front desk were very nice to provide good services to help me.

I wasn't there long enough to do any real exploring, but the locals were very friendly and helped me find my way around. It's close to major highways and tons of shopping centers in new jersey , Pa & De.
I travelled solo to Philly for the first time, tbh. Before coming to this hotel I wasn't sure about this place. But the moment I checked-in it was all smooth. The front desk staff was quick and friendly. They gave me a good view room. The breakfast was really good. Thanks to Nita and the housekeeping team for cleaning my room within time.
Absolutely recommended!

It was my first visit to philadelphia and lots of hotels here are overrated. This was a big wonder for me that this hotel doesn't provide water bottles 😳 to its customers be it into rooms or at resto. Non smoking rooms are a joke which they will crack on you once u entered into room 😷 😮💨.
Confortable bed, big room, good facilities. Shower working fine, great breakfast. Location is a little far from Philadelphia, but is is ok by car. Parking lot is free and also there are available parking spots in the street in front of the hotel. Quiet place.
The staff was friendly.
The lobby felt welcoming and furnished nicely.
The elevator was clean and a nice size.
The rug throughout the hotel has a nice design.
The beds were very comfortable 😌 !
It was such a spacious room with everything we needed in it. The beds were very comfy and location felt very safe.
Ms Anna, Ms Jerry and Ray were all highlights of our stay.
