Love the remote check in. Room was nice— we didn’t mind the low platform bed. Nice amenities, very clean. Didn’t have much contact with the staff (reception desk was only there when we were leaving since we arrived late), but she was friendly. Easy free parking in front of building (Saturday night to Sunday).

The hotel is extremely run down.

The hotel is extremely run down. My room had rust in the bathroom, hair on the air conditioner, countertops were sticky, sheets had burn holes, a raised crust and blood spots. I asked to have someone clean it and no staff was available. They changed my room and the next room was an “upgrade”. There was a non-working hot tub in the middle of the room, more black hairs on the sheets and the bathroom had bugs and more hair in the tub and toilet. When I went back to the desk, a new person was working and told me they were out of new rooms. I asked for new sheets, went back to the original room and changed my own sheets. Slept with no blanket, socks and clothing on and left the next day horrified. There is no way I would ever stay there again. Should I mention that it eas $180/night?? Very disappointed and disgusted.

Awful rude staff and to kids at that! I felt like I was booking for a jail cell how they treated me and my children. Rude staff all around from the front desk staff to the housekeeping, to the kitchen staff!!!! Just awful and very rude!

Someone owes me $50 for the differential between the room...

Someone owes me $50 for the differential between the room rates for the nights of July 1,2 and 3 and the changed dates of July 2,3 and 4. It should not have taken me several emails to change the reservation dates to begin with, but when we did, the charge should have been adjusted downward by $50. The facility says that they cannot make that adjustment, only Booking.Com can do that...so I will not be using Booking.com again until this is rectified

Dirty not well kept up. Hard to get to room.

Dirty not well kept up. Hard to get to room. No heat in room, no towels, bathroom in disrepair. Outside was dirty. Had a breakfast buffet with food out and people not wearing masks, did not stay to eat so free breakfast was not an option. Not worth the value of the cost.

There is another Comfort Inn nearby in Monroeville that is much nicer. The only reason we didn't stay there was because it didn't have a pool. The only reason we stayed in Churchill was because our kids wanted a hot tub. If a hot tub or pool is not important to you, don't stay at this hotel!

when we arrived here around 5:30, we were very hungry and were told you had a restaurant that served dinner so we didn't have to leave the hotel to look for a restaurant. We ate a delicious chef salad and the server was very polite. Would definitely recommend your hotel. We had a delicious hot breakfast and the server was very friendly & polite. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great hotel & experience.

Made sure we had an easy to access room for our dog. We had a sliding door to the outside so we didn't have to walk her through the hotel. Also the breakfast selection was pretty good. Location wasn't bad, you don't have to travel far to get to prime locations.

Room was clean, comfortable and good-sized. Beds are comfy. Housekeeping staff were super helpful! Hotel was nicely decorated, a little dated in parts but a very nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Waffles, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. Lovely restaurant space.

We have been staying at this hotel since the 1980’s when it was the Harley Hotel. It has absolutely the best indoor pool of any hotel we’ve been at. Yes, carpets are a bit dated, but it’s clean and has comfortable beds. Easy to access from PA Turnpike.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok, it was continental, so, only so much you get with that. The room where the breakfast was held seemed clean. The rest of the hotel seemed pretty clean and decent.
