I didn’t like the manager swearing at us and also triple charging my card and my fiancés. He caused my bank account to flag for fraud and then he told me to just deal with it. Horrible experience

Room was good size, great continental breakfast appearance. The ladies working the continental breakfast were very nice and paid great attention to details and appearance. 9/10.. it would of been 10/10 if there was bacon. 😀

I thought I would book a room close to one of my appointments. What mistake. There's not a lot of positives during my stay. I got a trash bag for my purse after being exposed to their bedbug infestation... That was nice... And I got a small cup of coffee. They tried to put me in a pet free room ... It was awful.

We were there for teen basketball. The room was spotless. The boys loved the pool, breakfast, and lobby. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
