Town of Columbia was great.
Town of Columbia was great. Motel was not one we'll return to. Room carpet was filthy. Needed painting in room and bath. Towels were very thin. Stayed under the owners rooms who were up at 4 am. For cost of $168 not acceptable.

Justin was really nice & courteous at checking but after that it all went down hill. We went up to our room and was immediately hit with a smell like they were trying to cover a smell. We get in the room to turn on the air and ants are crawling all over the vent.
We would was our hands and it would never drain.
No one ever told us about the back door but after a long night we came back, there were no parking spots, ok fine, but we go to the backdoor to use get in...doesn't work. As we walk back to the front office cops come. We get to the front office ask if our cards stopped working and was met with attitude because we were trying to get in.
Do not recommend staying here.

Area is in "olde" town of Columbia.
Area is in "olde" town of Columbia. Surrounded by University buildings, a major hospital center and loads of small cafe choices. Spent hours just walking the streets taking it all in! Great location. Never but a few steps from a coffee or a smoothie.

Columbia, Mo is a beautiful town with its most notable feature being the University of Missouri. (Mizzou)
I've been very impressed with the architecture at the university. Even the new buildings they are adding on stay in line with the old architecture. Many of the Greek houses are just gorgeous!!
The city is very clean, and I always see a large police presence whenever I am there. This is the first year my son has attended Mizzou and I have been very impressed.

There was an authentic Indian Restaurant only steps from the hotel, and the hotel had 2 bars in which to relax while planning the next day's activities. While in the downstairs bar, Hannah was my favorite bartender - sweet, smart, funny, and lovely, the perfect person to strike up a conversation with.
Disgusting hotel! The staff steals things while cleaning! Be careful! Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances. The staff is very rude. When I went to the reception to find out where our things were, they said that there was nothing. But soon after a long debate, they opened the closet in which our missing things were, but at the same time they said that they were found in the lost items. But we hadn’t left yet, it was just regular room cleaning. Terrible!
Staff was fantastic! They must be paid well, if not they should be! Breakfast and dinner were great and the room was perfect. We will definitely stay there again when we go to Columbia. I would love to see the staff from many of the other hotels we've stayed at get training at Drury Columbia east on how to treat customers and keep the grounds, building and all around atmosphere happy, safe and clean! 10 out of 10 from us! Highly recommended!
Drove up to register and the hotel looked rundown. Went inside to register, but before checking in asked to see a room….it was horrible. The woman at the front desk was very nice but she just works there and could do nothing about our concerns. Asked to use their front restroom and it was a mess as well. The ownership group ought to be ashamed but are probably not. Did not stay there, went to stay the night at a local Hampton Inn.
Convenient Iocation, privacy and minimum noise because I request for room away from elevator.
We liked the updated bathroom with nice pressure shower. They need more hangers to dry off your towels if you reusing them. Many hotels give their guests this environment friendly option.
Breakfast was fine but scrambled eggs need a new recipe(!)
Location of the Miss Missouri Pageant that we were involved with.
Lots of space, great conference center for the pageant. Rooms close together for family as requested, close to amenities, i.e. other restaurants, mall.
Hotel had great breakfast included in our package
Loved the size of the whirlpool tub,the comfort of the bed and the never ending hot water. I was nervous filling the tub but the heat didnt lower at all. The tv was decent as well. Just having the volume on 6 filled the room.
Everything about it. Very clean and inviting. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and nice selection. Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. Wish there were more of them around. Great value.
The overall aesthetic of the Hotel is great. Definitely makes you feel like you’re staying in a large cabin. The Breakfast was great as well. The hotel is also 10 minutes away from almost everything in Columbia.
Very friendly staff. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Our room was bigger than other motels. Room was very clean as was the entire hotel. The property is well lighted and and in a excellent location.
I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is extremely gracious. Hot breakfast. Easy access to University of Missouri and I70. clean room. Safe environment. will stay again.
Clean hotel. Comfortable rooms. Bed comfortable. Kickback supper and drinks were great. Breakfast next morning was great except they were out of milk and juice and water didnt work??
Fellow at the front desk was super friendly and had us checked in quickly! Loved the pool and the coffee pots were up and running. Also the rooms were beautiful
