Very disappointed, did not get room I originally booked. Also a/c in room kept waking me up since it was loud. Place was very outdated. Tv was not a smart tv.

Clean, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The staff were very nice and welcoming.
This suburban hotel is located seven miles south of the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta and two miles from historic Fairburn. The hotel is also nearby shopping and restaurants.
I booked 24 days. The hotel staff said my room was empty so the hotel cancelled my room. They promised a transfer. I am disgusted and I am missing my jewels. Never ever stay here. They are owned by a third party. Marriott must get away from bad business as you should do as well.

The area is a great district of culture and influence from many ethnicities, mainly Asian. The cuisine is vast and selective and definitely conveys a pride and honor in the fusion of classic and modern. The variety is immense and wonderful to explore.

This hotel was clean & in a safe neighborhood.
This hotel was clean & in a safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, great room and tv size. Breakfast was warm but during my six days, there was no variation at all. FYI, we like biscuits in the south. I love animals but pet dander from the couch made my allergies act up. I would recommend having designated rooms to use for pet owners & the rest for guests without pets. Overall I had a great stay!

I just came to Duluth for a conference. So when the conference was over, then I left. There is a big Korean community in Duluth and therefore there is this shopping area with many Korean restaurants, shops and a supermarket. So that was very convenient! I’d say that Duluth is a very peaceful place. Very hard to get anywhere if you don’t have a car.

This is a strong Korean area and I loved every minute from the food to the grocery store. I went to Jayacupunture to get cupping and I would recommend this area if you are looking for oriental/alternative treatments and some great Korean food. We stopped at the Zion Market and got a few things but the H Mart was a little more expensive but had different options. I would recommend staying at both. The Best Place to stay is the Holiday Inn near the Bahama Breeze. This is where I stayed and It was excellent.

I think the Marriot is a great hotel but truthfully the amount of time I plan to stay in hotels the price is out of my budget and for the little bit of time I was actually there it doesn't make sense to pay the premium price for amenities I'm not going to use
It's very clean and spacious compared to other hotel room that gives you a sofa bed. Our room has a corner for an office desk, an office chair, and of course with a sofa bed, but we were surprised that it's spacious.
We travel for work so we've been to many hotels enough that we must say we would totally come back here, or book at Sonesta in other locations. Staff are friendly.
Bed/mattress is comfortable. Walk-in shower with glass door and toilet are clean.
Parking is easy. We had no problem with parking.
When I first walked in the hotel, the smell was breathtaking. I have never smelled an air freshener that smelled so good. It made the hotel smell so clean. The lobby is very nice. All of the staff is friendly and personable. There is a variety of hot and cold breakfast food and beverages. I feel safe there. I went to a Quality Inn hotel in Decatur prior coming to Best Western Plus and my car window was broken twice. I had no problems at Best Western Plus.
This was my worse experience with a hotel in 30 years traveling... Do not book this hotel ... the good reviews have to be fake. It was dirty, smelled like disease ... customer service non existent ... felt like a halfway house. Pics online are fake and from maybe the hotel was new. This felt like a third world ... shame on websites for associating with this hotel and to Sonesta brand for not looking into it.
The hotel had a bug infestation they confessed too, dirty bedding, I was there to recover from a surgery the cleaning team didnot come until the evening, the leadership staff avoided the issue. I was over charged in the beginning and the staff should have returned more than the deposit .
I loved everything about the hotel the location was walkable I felt safe in the area the decor was amazing it was clean there was a restaurant/bar on site front desk was courteous and very friendly always a smile with a greeting the room was comfortable and had everything I needed
Well it's not what I liked it is what happen. I didn't stay because I was paying cash and you didn't accept cash which I should have been told before I rentet a room. So I stayed at different hotel and got charged on my debit card for a room I didn't get
The Hilton was fantastic but Booking.com screwed me. They claimed to have spoken to Hilton regarding the change in my check in date but they did not. Hilton therefore canceled my reservation and we were left without a room
The staff always had a smile and genuinely friendly. Good location to highway, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was adequate to begin the day. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Very pleased with the value.
I didnt like it at all,.i get there after 3 they give me the key ,when i open that door the room wasn't clean ,it says breakfast ,the only thing in there was coffe, the smell really bad !! That was a shi.
We stay here every time we come to the Atlanta area because we like staying in the Koreatown/Duluth area. It’s always clean, smells good, and excellent.
