The hotel accommodated my request for 1st floor room. It was also close to an exit. The location was close to stores and restaurants. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Great location, right on Rt 50. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff were outstanding. Room was large - plenty of space to store our bikes. Also very close to Rise Up Coffee / Mad Eggs breakfast place!

Nothing customer service was horrible called no answer rude belittling employee such a shame I’ve never thought about a hotel that would treat me my wife and daughter this way and when asked for a refund without even staying for the rest of night was denied and told they was never paid the money or even able to refund it and was caught in a slight argument when the employee threatened me in front of my family to call the cops and leave the premises
