Nothing everything about this place was a mess and it was in probably the worst shape of any hotel I've stayed at. It was under construction the entire time and was unfit to have people there. This place needs shut down and fixed before it should be rented.

Room was huge, great location, and the bartender was awesome!!
This city is a ghost town. There is nowhere to shop, eat,or visit everything is closed down, boarded up, abandoned, dilapidated, run down, unkempt, the roads are ragg dry ,bumpy,no public transportation,no resources Literally a sad place to visit. I used to live here and couldn't believe my eyes when I arrived here after 4 years. Wow 😲 If you are hungry late night or have arrived here late at night your only choice of food is a gas station. I don't know how this is possible or who's in charge of the city but they need to be let go! This city is peril.

Fantastic place to spend the night.
Fantastic place to spend the night. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, the workers went above and beyond there call of duty to help us. We were on a trike, and she told us exactly where to park, so our trike would be right in front of our window, and she gave us directions to good places to go and eat, which the place we ate at was fantastic! The breakfast was a full hot breakfast buffet, with so much to eat-we were impressed!

The ride up to the hotel itself is very disappointed.
The ride up to the hotel itself is very disappointed. Is adjacent to Midland Mall which is over halfway shuttered. The road up to the hotel, if you can find it, is full of potholes and is extremely substandard from what I would expect from a Hilton Honors property.

We were both raised in Elyria and were back to visit family members. It was fun to see how the city has changed in the last forty years yet how many things have remained constant with very little change. The downtown area seems to be nearly the same as it was in the 70’s but one big change has been Cascade Park. Now being run by Metropolitan Parks, the park has morphed from a playground area, sledding hill and fireworks venue into primarily a walking, hiking park. Kinda sad for me to see but I’m sure today’s youth likely see it as a natural evolution of this vintage park facility. Oh yes, a trip to Elyria wouldn’t be complete without a meal at Mel’s Oh Boy on Lake Avenue, still serving up their classic Oh Boy double decker burger with original Oh Boy sauce. Great food, friendly service and true to their roots family friendly atmosphere just as it was in the 60’s & 70’s, you’ll enjoy it!

The staff was the best part of my stay/experience. All of them were very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed and appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was served. Also, there was ample parking space on the hotel premise.
For a quick and less expensive overnight, it was fine. Always appreciate having hard flooring instead of carpet. Decent restaurants in Elyria downtown. Room was spacious, clean and odorless, with good temperature control.
We booked a random hotel away from home for our daughter's birthday mainly to swim and just be away. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and friendly the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was tastefully decorated, a good size, the furniture nice, the bed very comfortable, all the amenities anyone would need were there.
The girl at the front desk, extremely pleasant. The room had a terrible smell of stale smoke. I asked for a different room but the hotel was booked out. This hotel needs a major overhaul
I love the hotel it’s combiner for me when I’m on call for the hospital sometimes I can get a room and sometimes I can’t either way this is the best hotel in Elyria hands down
Clean, modern room that was quiet while sleeping, even being next to the Turnpike. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Easy check in and check out process.
