It was the absolute cleanest and neat hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Absolutely amazing for an older property. Sure the decor was a little dated but the neatness and cleanliness more than makes up for decor.

Holland Farmhouse Inn B&B, hotel in Fennville

The attention to detail in the room was top notch. Out of the three days, we were only able to attend breakfast one morning and it was delicious. Wished we were able to attend all three days. The only thing that was missing in the room was a small desk. Both my wife and I had some work on a laptop but no workspace. Was a bit uncomfortable using the bed as a workspace. I want to thank the hosts for a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Fennville was perfect for two or three day getaway. We found a wonderful restaurant and a few others were also recommended to us. The winery we went to was lovely and had great wines. Finally it was 10 to 15 minutes from oval beach which was so convenient! We loved the rural community feel!

Fennville is a small Michigan town, popular with travellers because it is close to Douglas and Saugatuck and much less crowded. It's not on the Lake and but has a few restaurants in town and it is also only a short distance to Douglas and Saugatuck. Our favorite place in Fennville is Crane Orchard, where you can pick your own apples, cherries, or peaches (depending on the season) or enjoy one of their fabulous pies. You can buy a slice to eat there or take home a pie for the family. Their cherry and apple pies are our favorites. Many of their pies are frozen so you can take them home and claim that you baked it yourself. The barn where the restaurant is located is also very interesting and has many antiques and old farm tools.

We absolutely loved our time spent at Feen Valley wineries. Chuck provided a tasting, which brought us back to a free concert at the winery the next night. So enjoyable!!! Also enjoyed the close-by Lake Michigan towns. 👍🏻

Fennville has an excellent restaurant called Salt of the Earth which farm to table food from scratch. The town is very small and not really for wandering around. However, we stayed there so that we could make the short drive to Saugatuck and over to the Holland Tulip festival. Award winning winery just down the road.
