The location was great and the views to die for. But the beds were not comfy and the room was stuffy and warm. We had to buy a fan to keep it comfortable. The shower continued to fill up as we showered. But the staff was very helpful.

it has a great location, walking distance to all major spots and grand central as well. I traveled alone so the pod sizes were not a concern. The free coffee in the mornings was really good.

We thought this hotel was great. Room fit our family perfectly and w the junior suite divider it felt like it was two rooms, kids had their own tv! Free breakfast was great and contrary to many reviews online, there was plenty of room. Service at breakfast was excellent and young man who checked us in and out was excellent. We will definitely consider this hotel when we return to the Big Apple !! Location can’t be beat.
