This hotel is not standard, it is clearly better than most similar ones in their class. We had a fully new room, with a full kitchenincluded. The night stands have sockets as well as 2 usb outlets, which is perfect for charging. The TV is big and has all kind of channels available. The furniture is new. The bed is comfortable. REALLY outstanding is the breakfast, besides the standard things they have a pan cake machine and the full highlight is the taco station, this is just great.

I stayed at the Fairfield for the first time.
I stayed at the Fairfield for the first time. When I was going to arrive early I called the property and they said my room was all ready and I could come in anytime. That was great because I was going to have surgery and I had no idea when I be able to arrive. This hotel very close to where I was having surgery. There’s restaurants very close. The hotel lobby was clean. They had breakfast. My room was very nice and clean. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

I’m never going back to Fresno!
I’m never going back to Fresno! They should level the whole place and start fresh. Especially the tower district. Actually since I’m never going back, let’s move all the homeless people there. The crappy roads won’t be a problem, for people pushing a grocery cart or riding a bike.

Fresno has more to offer than many from outside the area...
Fresno has more to offer than many from outside the area realize. From this location you can access the mountains and Yosemite, get a sense of California’s breadbasket, go shopping and experience many types of restaurants, worthwhile if you are visiting from a less populated areas, buy a car, and any other activities not listed here.

Lots to see and do.
Lots to see and do. The zoo was a great place, but there were a lot of animals missing. There was a Japanese garden that was simply amazing! Lots of shopping and tons of food choices! If you're into cigars there are a number of good lounges to visit. Too many one-way streets for my liking. But using a navigation app really makes it pretty easy to get around.

Fresno is not the vacation destination and the city cares...
Fresno is not the vacation destination and the city cares not for the Hotel business and let’s them operate, when they should be shuttered. There are some newer areas, like where the Air BNB I stayed, that are very nice and close to the Collage stadium. That is why if you are staying in Fresno, for any reason, Serenity is your best bet for a nice stay.
Travelled to Fresno for business and brought my family along. The room was nice, top floor with the view of the mountains (much better than the freeway side!). The breakfast was great (sausage, eggs, and potatoes one day—with yogurts, breads, juices, fruit and then the next day was french toast and sausage and eggs with everything else). We wished they kept the dining area open throughout the day for seating since there's no room to sit with family in the rooms (they have boosters and high chairs which we needed and appreciated).
We used this hotel twice as a stop off when travelling to and from Yosemite National Park. Good location, secure gated parking. Our room on this occasion was downstairs with two beds, clean and comfortable. Coffee facilities and refrigerator in the room was great. Free breakfast was basic but great bonus and got us on the road for the day. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The apartment (with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) exceeded our expectations. Even the kitchenette was actually a fully equipped kitchen with a big freezer. The location is close to shops, restaurants and the famous National Parks (Yosemite and Sequoia). The facility is not new, but is well maintained. The neighborhood looks safe even in the middle of the night.
The staff was courteous and helpful. There was an issue with my credit card while I was traveling en route to Fresno, and they were able to clear it up for me and reserve my room the right way. I always bring lysol and towels to clean, and I was impressed that the room wasn't dusty and I didn't pick up a lot of dirt when I cleaned for myself.
The hotel used to be decent, serves breakfast and rooms were fairly nice. However I was rented a room with pants hanging up in the bathroom… There were vagrants all over the property, we witnessed someone entering a room through the window on a lower floor and trash was everywhere including abandoned furniture!
Garden Inn is right! Beautiful property with many fruit and citrus trees everywhere. Well maintained and groomed. And Oasis in a hot Fresno. Delicious breakfast with fruit served from the garden. Rooms are clean and neat and very spacious. A safe and clean haven from the hot, busy drive of highway 99.
The fresh redecorated room we stayed in. Loved the "artsy" window blind, and the living room area in our room.
The hotel staff were nice and friendly and always are when we stay. Bed was so comfortable, shower water nice and hot.
was a good room, comfortable bed. Clean for the area, not the best location. Still overall a decent place to stay, not badly priced, probably one of the better hotel in this particular area. Right next to IHOP if you like them.
I always like staying at the Hotel Picadilly. It is a nice hotel and the rooms are much bigger than most regular hotel rooms. The grounds are also very well maintained with lots of landscaping. The pool is really nice too.
Everything was great! The breakfast was so yummy!Rooms were spotless. The front desk was very friendly! We have been staying here a couple years now to see family in Fresno. Never disappoints.
everything was absolutely perfect. clean, super rooms, very comfortable bed, parking, location. best Hotel we stayed in our 3 week trip to the west coast of the United States.
