Comfort. Hard working staff.
Allergy attentive. gluten free cereal and bread available. They said milk also but that must be for the dairy free people. All sheets and towels were very nice. Bed was comfortable and so was room temperature which we could adjust. Everything seemed new and worked well.

They lied about having King Suite rooms but still charged me...
They lied about having King Suite rooms but still charged me for one. They put my disabled elderly mother at the end of the long hallway. Mold on baseboards, thermostats being installed, torn wallpaper, loud traffic from adjacent freeway at night and loud banging from construction during the day. I do NOT recommend this hotel forcouples, business travelers, families, those who are disabled, seniors or anyone with allergies to mold.

Front desk check in process was tedious and rude.
Front desk check in process was tedious and rude. Horrible customer service. Room floors were filthy with pink and green something in the carpet and a clump of hair on the floor by the bed. Also smaller hairs on the night stand by the bed. I have never stayed in a Marriott property with this sub standard condition.

This hotel checked all the boxes for our one-night stay: next to Northwestern Medicine's clinic, super clean, spacious suite, complimentary afternoon snacks, complimentary breakfast, abundant parking, quiet, reasonable rate. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend.
Their FD staff is friendly, and soft-spoken. They offer a homely kind of atmosphere. I have to commend their housekeeping staff who clean the rooms everyday without even requesting them to do so. Also they offer free parking which is the best part about this hotel.
Location, price, breakfast choices, great attitude of employees. Also liked the fact that facility choose Milnor washer extractors for their laundry. I worked 40 years for Milnor and believe it is the best equipment on the market.
