All in all totally unimpressed! The elevator was scary to ride. Our room was DIRTY. Greasy fingerprints , I truly wished I had some disinfecting wipes. I will never stay there again.

Easy on and off interstate. Fast check in. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Room was clean and restaurants close to get some dinner. A great place to stop for traveling.

We got there to check and asked about the pool and was talked highly of by the receptionist and told us where it was from our room only to find out later that day it was closed ( on memorial day weekend of all weekends). She also talked highly of the breakfast by the way what was there was nasty and very little choosing. The milk was even nasty like it was out of date. The shower was broken. Water would come out for the bath part and shower at the same time so I had a hard time getting my daughter in a bath. The mattress was somewhat comfortable but the pillows was horrible. It was like you didn't have any pillows. Very uncomfortable. I had to go get extra towels because it only came with 1 and no rags or hand towels. Refrigerator half way worked. Didn't keep anything cold. Safe didn't work. The TV remote worked when it wanted to. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Griffin itself had some nice places but people there tell me it is a rough town, lots of shooting and drugs. Don't stay in the hotels there. Prostitutes stay in the hotels. I chose the safer of them and I still ran into one in the hall way. Stay in Jackson if needed.

If I had not needed to travel there for my son's graduation I would not have made the trip. There are no redeeming qualities to this city, it is dirty and by and large all the people are rude or disinterested in making anyone feel welcome.

Griffin is my home town.
Griffin is my home town. The streets really need to be resurfaced and the railroad tracks are horrible.
I always eat at Louise’s when I come. This trip I ate at Pop’s in the Rose’s shopping center.i highly recommend both places.
We were displaced by the storm that went through Griffin. After staying in another hotel out of town (which wasn't great), we found a king suite here to hold us another 4 nights. The kitchenette helped with our 2 young (always hungry) boys. I am very pleased with our stay. They even reimbursed us the last night since power was restored at our house. I am from Griffin and honestly never imagined a hotel around here to be pleasant. The staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was very helpful too.
The hotel has a very terrible smell, The bathroom was not clean, there was feces under lid of the toilet, the sink area was not clean (there was hair and eye lashes above the faucet), the draperies and carpets are filthy and the draperies could not be closed to shut out the light streaming in. Due to this experience, booking a room with any other Country Inn no matter where it is will be out of the question...Period!!!
The toilet was broken. I had to flush it more than five times for the waste to go down. I sent my grandson to inquire about a plunger and was told they did not have one. The shower didn’t work and I told them . I was told that I didn’t do it right. I stay in motels all the time do to travel and I must say this was one of my worst experiences out of two.
Everything but not having the room I reserved but they just have a tornado come through Griffin and so things like this are understandable. I was lucky to get a room at all because locals who lost everything as a result of the tornado were there with diaster relief people like Ga Power etc.
Hotel was awful..curtains were worn and hanging by thread and the vanity was falling apart and the room had an odor. The key hole was stuck with a paper towel and I feel I should receive a full refund
I felt very safe being solo and out of state. I am still shocked at the level of cleanliness, professionalism and comfort of the hotel, for an amazing price as well.
