The cabin was well decorated, stocked with all the essentials for a weekend stay. The river was below the cabin, but the walk was awesome, seating at every landing. The dock seating for 4, and extended into the river. I watched many trout jump out of the water

This is a lovely well decorated and clean property that was stocked perfectly to meet anyone's needs. The host even left some delicious chocolate chip cookies for us. There is a nicely furnished patio free from dirt or spider webs and firepit available. We would have preferred it to be a little more isolated, but we enjoyed the stay very much. Bobby was just as sweet and personable as anybody could be.

Had booked at OYO hotel Heber Springs received confirmation number but when got there they were not opened and under remodel. Very disappointing and had to rush to secure another place since was short on time for a wedding. Owner of that motel was very Rude and just said not my issue good luck.

Layed back, easy going.
Layed back, easy going. Enjoyed Sandy Beach, some light hiking and browsing the shops downtown. The people were super friendly. Need to know ahead of time that it is located in a dry county. Not driving 30 miles for a bottle of wine. The Tea Room was my favorite place to eat. Portions were small but that just left room for the delicious dessert!AAnonymous - 10Scored 10
I loved the location of the hotel.
I loved the location of the hotel. The convince of the location close to Mack’s Restaurant and not far from down town Heber Springs. I love the view of the mountains. I would love to see an area dedicated where the occupants of the hotel can go outside and relax instead of having to stay inside. A location away from the pool area. A little garden with tables and chairs.
