The staff is hands down the best staff I have ever encountered, and we travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. This was by far the BEST stay, from beginning to the end! The hotel is very clean, smells good and fresh. The room was wonderful. Breakfast was the absolute best. Both mornings I couldn’t finish because it was so much! And the breakfast staff was amazing! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Was not impressed with the staff, breakfast was featured as a free benefit, yet there was none. Hairdryer was broken and no alternative was offered. Blackout curtains were 4 inches too short, so sunlight streamed to the room at daybreak. This was especially annoying, since my flight was six hours delayed and I was looking forward to a restful sleep. Our room was clean (no bad smell), convenien (10 minutes to family), and the bed was comfortable. The people I had interchange with at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was perfectly as we expected in the price range of the room. Would stay there again!
