The room was very clean and the decor was very modern. It was obvious a lot of care was put in for the remodel. The shower was a bit low but the water pressure was amazing and the temperature was perfect for a nice hot shower. The breakfast area was spacious and the food options were more than plentiful. Staff was friendly and more than helpful.

We have stayed here several times. Some of the reviews I have seen on here are outrageous. The manager that people have posted about are so wrong. Chris is an outstanding manager who works hard and goes above and beyond for his guests. Always laughing and joking while getting the job done. I have personally seen a few of the interactions with people getting mad, mostly over the deposits, which are listed when booking the room and he gives very clear instructions on the dos and don'ts on the property. Mainly smoking which is stay away from your door so the room don't sell like smoke. That is just out of respect for the property and other guests. Even when these interactions accur the are handled in a mature professional manner. Chis is a great guy and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone needing a night or several nights for a get away. Hotel is located right off the exit and literally down the hill from buc-ees!

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling with pets. Their rooms on the first and second floor are pet friendly with vinyl floors. The pet fee is reasonable; $25 per pet with a max of 2 pets. The location is out of the busy area, but a short drive to all the attractions . Staff was friendly. The pool looked nice. I liked that an exercise facility was onsite; 3 treadmills, a bike, weights, and elliptical.
This hotel was absolutely excellent. Clean great staff beds were comfortable and plenty of parking just a short drive to all the local places and right down the street from Buc-ees . We will definitely be back and will only stay at this hotel . Even though we visited in the winter time still lots to see and do

The room was outdated, and the mattress was stained and dirty. It literally had dirt down in where the buttons are on the mattress the sheets were stained, the door did not shut at the top, like it had been pushed in, there were gnats that came out of the drains, The room was disgusting and I was very unhappy with it

Based on the reviews of the other hotels in the area, this was a fantastic choice. I did not see any bugs which is common for the area and had no issues with the facilities. Comfortable beds, tv, desk, and dresser all made for a good stay.
We booked the room a few minutes before we arrived at the hotel, the staff at the reception welcomed us warmly and did everything they could to help us, whether it was charging the car with electricity, recommendations for a good restaurant, and more. The hotel is very nice, simple and clean. The room is very large and spacious compared to hotel rooms. It was very clean. recommended.

Having the expanded hot breakfast. We was super impressed with the pancake machine. The beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Coffee and cookies were always available. Very nice bathroom layout and our room was clean. Hotel was newly renovated and well kept. We just loved our stay we would definitely stay again.
Nothing special from the outside other than a nice sitting area, but we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room. Exceptional room, very clean and a comfortable bed! If you are traveling through the area, I highly recommend this hotel. A hidden gem!
Friendly staff and the rooms were very clean. If you want to be close to everything yet away from all the noise and traffic this is the place for you. They are doing a great job updating the hotel. and they welcome your dogs! We would definitely stay here again.
The beds were comfortable and the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and pleasant. The first time I had visited Pigeon Forge before without a reservation so it took us a couple hours to find a hotel with vacancy. It was a quiet location. Room was very roomy.
Breakfast was simple but good! I like how close it is to the interstate. Even though it looked like a motel from the outside, the room felt like a hotel. Very clean, modern room. Staff were super nice. Room size is comparable to most other places.
The location was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and did everything to take care of us after we had left another hotel that was horrible. Breakfast was great.
the hotel staff was amazing this time around. Mary and Kathy made my daughter’s birthday extra special and made her a card. all the hotel staff were just down right awesome!!!
This was our honeymoon. The hotel pool was not open for the season. So I cancelled my reservation and went to a different Days Inn up the road whose pool was open.
Room was clean and comfortable. Liked that they have the fire pits out front of the hotel, but did not get to enjoy them since it was raining the night we stayed.
