The bed was comfortable, liked the size of the room, and the fridge/freezer was nice. Most hotels dont have a freezer at all. The towels were soft and the water was hot and stayed hot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was updated and clean. The bed was harder than I prefer but still ok. The pillows were good. The location was amazing! it’s one block from the beach.

From the moment you walk into the lobby, you know you are going to have an exceptional stay. The staff throughout the hotel (front office, housekeeping and restaurant) are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The decor throughout the hotel is gorgeous and our room was large and comfortable. Linens, robes, and bedding are soft and amenities, in general, very upscale. Breakfast was phenomenal with tons of choices and a wonderful staff. On site parking was convenient and so appreciated. Hotel is just a few blocks from beach with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is no doubt that my husband and I will stay at this divine, family owned boutique hotel every time we visit Rehoboth Beach!

Kitchen was great, beds were comfortable, very clean, breakfast was great, had gluten free muffins!!!!
Seemed like a decent little town. We were just down there for work and needed a place to relax and sleep for the night. We didn't do the tourist thing. But driving through Long Neck and leaving we saw a lot of restaurants and gas stations and stores. For being such a small little town. We ordered from Domino' because thats what we were used to. Next time I would try some of the local pizza shops. We weren't there long to really judge or give an opinion on the town. Only thing I would avoid is the hotel we stayed in.

Long Neck is home to several really good restaurants/bars - Paradise Grill, Paradise Pub, and Seaside Bar and Grill (all have great bands), and Grottos for pizza, as well as two Amvets Posts and American Legion Post 28. Additionally, the Delaware beaches are a short 15 - 20 minute drive away.

The travel to Rehobeth beach was a little lengthy but the hotel was nice and they were many good restaurants and shops nearby. It was high season and it took us about 30 minutes to get to the beach. The hotel was chosen because the price was very affordable. And the pool was a really great added amenity. There was an excellent breakfast restaurant very close to the hotel and also there were seafood stores nearby.

Although Long Neck is not really in the resort area, it is close enough. It’s only a short drive to the Rehoboth, Bethany and Dewey Beach resort areas. And not really a bad drive to Fenwick Island or Ocean City, MD. There is a lot of shopping, restaurants and sight seeing in these areas. In Long Neck you have the quietness and relaxed stay with the action not too far away.
The room was pristine. I looked at all the other reviews and thought it was gonna be filled with stains. The beds were firm but they molded into your shape so my back didn't hurt as much in the morning. The pool was open and they let us know what time it was opened for. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel. I'm definitely going there again.
Good location. Several food options close by. Beaches are only about 25-30 min away. Quiet area and they have a pool which was nice for the kids as this was our non beach day but the kids still wanted to swim. Would stay here again.
I booked this fir my daughter and her 2 young boys fir a beach getaway- they really needed. She love the location everyone was friendly accommodating and the boys loved the pool. They would stay there again!
Staff was very friendly. Very good value. Rooms were well stocked with towels and clean. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Good sized refrigerator that worked better than most hotels.
The bed was comfortable, liked the size of the room, and the fridge/freezer was nice. Most hotels dont have a freezer at all. The towels were soft and the water was hot and stayed hot.
