The 1st shift young lady at the front desk was exceptional above and beyond customer service. Sorry but I forgot her name but she needs to be complimented on her customer service satisfaction.

I like how the future and appliance were all updated. But I didn’t like how they didn’t properly clean the rooms

Breakfast was very good!
I loved being able to control the room temperature and having a refrig and microwave. Rooms were in excellent condition and immaculate!
My family and I always stay here when we come into town.
My family and I always stay here when we come into town. We’ve never had any major issues until this stay. There was a live bed bug crawling on one of the beds. When I informed the staff in my opinion it seems like they’ve dealt with this before. There was no outrage, they apologies but it definitely seemed like something they were use to.
After the we showed them the bed bug (I have a video of it crawling around on a pillow) they changed out room. The new room had a dead cockroach, someone’s old water bottle, and dirty bathroom.

It's a lovely little town—a lot of food options.
It's a lovely little town—a lot of food options. I usually stop when traveling down to Florida or up to NYC. It never disappoints, as I tend to reach it when I start experiencing driver fatigue behind the wheel. It's the perfect area to stop over and recharge your batteries for the remainder of your trip.

Good town/small city to stay overnight when doing a long road trip. Plenty of restaurants to choose from across 3 different exits on I-95. Our "go to" restaurants are Mexican and sushi, but there are plenty of other places (burger joints, diners, chains) to consider. My wife and I felt safe wherever we went. The driving was easy to navigate. We did not stay long enough to do any tours of the town, however there is some interesting history there based on the lumber industry (hence the name of the town). Plenty of reasonably priced hotels to choose from.

Although it was a non-smoking room the stench of cigarette was overwhelming, the bathroom, especially the tile work was poorly done, looked like the guy next door did it it and was dirty, grime build up along the walls and threshold. I let the water in the shower run for 10 minutes and it never got hot. The bed was comfortable. The doggie yard was filthy. It was an easy on/off location for Rt 95. This is my second stay at a RRI, the first was t not much better but I thought I would give them another chance. Never again

Never, ever stay at this motel.
Never, ever stay at this motel. I don't care if they give you a room for free. You definitely take your life into your hands staying at the motel. There was not one thing I can think of that was satisfactory. The room looked like it had just been bombed out in a wartime attack. The only thing that survived were the cockroaches, and they were plentiful. The noise from the other guests at 1 am was unbearable as was the noise from the A/C unit. The pool water was black. No towels in the bathroom. Local police were at the motel several times during the night for drunk and disorderly guests.

Make sure the room has a hair dryer.
Make sure the room has a hair dryer. Since there is a coffeemaker there should always be creamer, sweetener and a stir stick or spoon. Plastic cups are good for drinking water. Styrofoam cups are ok for coffee but not other beverages.
Desk associates and others were friendly and breakfast was great! I liked the small quiches.
Thank you because we stopped at a different hotel on booking.com and I was afraid to take my clothes off for bed it was dirty.
I have stayed here several times and always found it fine, convenient for the dog, and given it good reviews. The breakfast was a bit better than most other hotels I have been at recently. But I won't stay here again.
The design of the hotel was very nice.
The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. It was conveniently located off of I-95. We will definitely stay here again on our way back and forth to Florida.
Staff very friendly. Facility was old fashioned style motel with single attached rooms in a row. Old fashioned room door key that we placed a $5 deposit on and got it back once we returned the key.
This was a nice hotel .. However, TallahasseeComfort Inn told us they had no rooms with a
Empty parking lot… discrimination is a crime.. I will not be staying at any of your hotels in the future
Location just if I-95 was very convenient. Sitting area was comfortable. Bathroom was exceptional with large, walk-in shower. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet, and breakfast was good.
Location Easy access off highway. we were traveling through only. Generic older hotel. Looks sketchy from outside but was clean and average inside Good value for the money.
A lot of times pet friendly hotels smell like dog or smoke but this room was very nice, clean and just what we needed. Not having carpet was a bonus for our allergies too.
I booked this room for my kids to go swimming, no one informed me pool was down , my kids had a missable stay ,also asked to have room clean every day it never happened
Convenient location with ample parking, the hotel is directly off of I-95 in Lumberton, N.C.
All the staff I have encountered have always been friendly and helpful.
At check in hotel said they don’t have a room for us. They said they were not sure why booking.com was renting out rooms they did not have. So we need money back
