The room was frequently serviced, had a mocrowave and small fridge, and good heating which was manually operated. It was loud but not needed overnight.
We didn't spend much time in Lynwood but the Wallmart was easy to get to and next door there were a few Asian places to eat. We used the Korean one and enjoyed it. Other parts of the city were easily reached by car.

There is a community transport service called ZIP which takes you anywhere in Lynnwood for $2.50 ($1.25 for Seniors). This is great as if a visit to the shops is needed it makes the return journey laden with purchases much easier. Alderwood Mall is great, safe and has everything anyone could need by way of shops.

We were traveling to facilitate my wife's surgery at the UW Medical Center, a 7 hour surgery performed by a surgical team from Fred Hurtchinson, the cancer research center. The day we were sceduled to arrive at the hotel, we received a call that the surgery date was changed from Friday, May 12rh, to Monday, May 15th. I contacted the hotel asking them to change our arrival date from May 11th to May 14. I got no response. And why should they respond? They collected the $300 fee for the two night stay. They got their $$$. But, good luck to them. We will NEVER use LaQuinta again.

Great first experience visiting Lynnwood.
Great first experience visiting Lynnwood. Our Queen suite so comforting for a family of 4 visiting from Vancouver B.C. The extra sofa bed and extra TV were very helpful for our teenage 'kids'. Rave reviews from our children about the fitness centre and breakfast. Overall clean and well managed facility, and excellent staff.

Lynnwood is a suburb of Seattle with a good mall and an incredible woman only spa, Olympus Spa. Otherwise Lynnwood itself has not much to offer other than significantly lower prices for accommodations than Seattle. It is about a 15 minute drive to N. Seattle - 25 to 45 to downtown depending on traffic.
It's a clean hotel, run by nice people. The location is great. There is a Trader Joes just up the street, and other shopping and restaurants very close by. They don't serve breakfast anymore, so that needs to be updated, as it's misleading. There is some stale coffee available in the lobby, and a coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. I actually don't mind providing my own breakfast, and appreciate having a fridge. They have decent bedding, nice towels, and good TP - hey, no one likes one-ply!
The facility was easy to reach from I-5 North. The building was recently renovated and it was sparkling clean throughout. I loved the quick flush toilet. It was the best I have ever had. The room was spacious and the temperature was easily regulated. I especially liked that we could walk for just a few minutes to a fabulous, small Japanese bistro. The food and staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was quite adequate. This is a pet friendly hotel, such a rarity.
This was a great option for us to spend 1 night in Lynnwood, enroute to E Washington. I asked for a quiet, upstairs room and was given just that! We were in the back, facing away from the main road. Room was super clean, quiet and just what we needed for a quick night's rest. Plus it was the best deal going for the area!!!! Ask for a quiet room, in the back, and you won't be sorry! Lovely 1 night stay! Breakfast was more than expected as well.
I'm am writing this in comparison to other budget hotels. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. He made everything very easy. There was plenty of parking. It is far enough from the street, and we had a backside room, so street noise wasn't an issue. While this is an older hotel it is obviously recently refurbished. Nicely decorated, it was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. I felt safe staying there.
I've stayed a lot of hotels. This hotelis the best money for Peter bargain I've ever seen. The staff is wonderful. It's just an excellent experience and the people are just wonderful, and I will always stay here whenever I'm in the seat later. This is the 1 number 1. It's perfect exclamation! Extremely happy. The manager Steve is a great guy surrounded by great people.
I couldn't be happier! Thank you.
The breakfast was standard.
same as all other hotel/motels of this price range. Breakfast room could be bigger. Most people had to go back to their room as there was no where to sit. With the tables that were there, it was hard to access the fridge, toaster, coffee and garbage can with people trying to get their breakfast.
The location was deliberately chosen to be within a short distance of my mother's residence, as visiting her was he principal reason for coming to the US in general and Lynnwood in particular. The staff make the place, in particular the GM Leilani and the front counter staff. Very helpful indeed.
Friendly staff, helpful. Pretty lobby. Nice elevator. Good size room. Comfy bed. Good parking. Handy location for Lynnwood and Edmonds. Walking distance to Trader Joe's. Adjacent teppenyaki restaurant is fun, has good food with many fine options (little pricey though).
Recently remodeled. The bed was pillow soft comfortable. It was quiet and spotless clean. Breakfast had many options and was kept stocked. The outside area was clean and free of any garbage. Highly recommend this hotel.
It was such a lovely stay! Espeacilly Jack, at the Bar, made our stay even better! Would recommend this hotel to everyone, from check in to Checkout WONDERFUL! Even the firealarm was handled well! Thanks a lot!
