The hotel is nicely updated, the rooms are stylish and have all of the amenities. The only thing I didn't like is that our room was WAY on the other end of the hallway and my husband is blind. But that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Pleasant community with many options for dining out.
Pleasant community with many options for dining out. Plenty of the standard restaurants with some local standouts. We went to Claddagh Irish Pub. The food and service was very good. We went back before we left. Sorry we didn't get to hear any Irish music.

Bustling dense shopping area at the top of the Twin Cities that could use a transit connector to travel between shopping areas. Traffic was bad. Best cupcakes around are sold here. So much shopping but there is a Chick Fil Lay and a Portillos and a Dave and Busters and Trader Joes plus Whole Foods.

The room was marginal at the VERY best.
The room was marginal at the VERY best. Extremely noisy, we heard every cough, footstep, siren and vehicle. Felt like a prison, there was a sign at the front desk warning guests of the 10PM lockdown of all exterior doors. The room was basically clean, but there was a very strange smell that you just could not get away from. I paid for the weekend, but we left after the first night, it was THAT bad. No follow up from the management or staff, no offer to make it right, nada.
EXTREMELY overpriced to begin with, and so unpleasant we bailed out after spending the night. Save yourself, DO NOT STAY HERE!
Room updates were nice and comfy beds and the hotel location is safe for us with our travels to the metro area as inner city hotels, even 4-5 star we have personally found are unsafe with questionable folks that wonder, high thefts in cars and car parts is a worry and questionable circumstances with over all room and building quality and security.
We arent picky and/or judgemental, but we feel very safe for ourselves and our property at this location. Quiet slow streets yet very close to shopping and restaurants just a quick mile away.
I like that the staff was very helpful they were very personable everybody's friendly laughs and enjoys their job and treats each customer as an individual and addresses their own individual needs while staying at the Extended Stay Maple Grove location they've been flexible and understanding kind and considerate all in all a great hotel experience the best I've ever had and I've stayed in many hotels in the area!
I always get a warm welcome and have a comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. This hotel is a great location for where I'm working up here. The room is quiet and comfortable with good temperature control; with a great shower.
Air conditioning unit in our room was incredibly loud and would randomly turn itself off. Kept me up all night! Also street to hotel was closed and had to go through another business’s parking lot to get there.
That staff were so friendly and anything we wanted or needed they did. I normally do not stay at hotel/motels but I will and do say I will be back. The breakfast was good and plentiful, coffee the best.
The room was clean and well taken care of... The shower was large and had low barrier entry. The fully suspended bed was an interesting choice, and I hadn't seen that before in other hotels.
The rooms were very quiet with no traffic noise or guest noises and the beds were as comfortable as home. The breakfast at this hotel was actually food my family eats and I was so grateful.
Nicely updated, very clean hotel. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. It was great to have the bar and food available for purchase on property!
