I wanna give a SPECIAL THANKS to I believe the young lady name was CELINA, she was VERY KIND AND PATIENT with me, I had a long trip and had a very late check in and needed my room to be switched and she took care of us with a SMILE AND EXCELLENT customer service attitude! I asked her would she accept a tip and she said NO, that she love to take care of the customers and to make her boss happy!

Restaurant food and staff were great. Parking was also a good feature. Everything else was a bit subpar (ants in my room, musty smell) to other Holiday Inn’s I’ve stayed in. It would not be my choice to stay here again.

The area is nice but the Hotel needs some serious upgrading and deep cleaning. The elevator stopped between floors on me Twice. The handle on the door to my first room was broken. The bathroom shower curtain was old, dirty, and rigged up to fit the rod. The ice machine was nasty. The carpeting was utterly ridiculous; just filthy. Overall this hotel was not up to par for the rate they are charging.

The only issue I had was a lady at the front desk wasn't a good listener she was too busy making her point she wasn't listening when i told her they double charged me. I didn't get angry I thanked her and waited for her to leave asked someone else and they saw the error and corrected the situation.
