When we arrived at this property we noticed the view and how nice it looks in the early morning or at night . Once we checked in the two sweet ladies were very kind and helpful as we were checking in to our room . They explained in a kind way how we can earn points to come back at this nice relaxing motel . They made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Plus they offered us complimentary ice cold bottles of water . After that they reminded us about the delicious breakfast in the morning and it was . They even have 24 hour coffee ready for you as you check in or out . This a motel I will go back to again and get the same room again

The room was clean from what I could see. It was somewhat quiet except for a phantom noise I kept hearing but couldn't figure out where it was coming from.

The area that we lived in - Haven Avenue is a new area with new buildings in an old industrial building area next to a trailer park and opposite the Porsche showroom for the area. It is great for its space, but not so great without transport (You can uber/lyft, but it can be expensive)
There are no eating joints around but postmates, doordash and uber eats deliver. Although I think that the choice was limited given the location
I renamed this hotel , the Worst Western. Ac didn’t work. We were given the worst room in the place, where everyone would walk by going to their room on the second floor. The. When I tried the TV , it didn’t work. There was No breakfast available either in the morning or later. They stated that they didn’t prepare well for the weekend. When I asked then
M about theStanford patient discount they said our room was already discounted. I will let Stanford know that they should take them off their list of recommendations.
Excellent place to stay near Stanford University. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, the breakfast is excellent (loved the waffle machine). Staff very friendly and helpful. Weather was great, so I walked every morning to Stanford University, about a 40 min walk. Shops and city center are about 10 min walking from hotel.
Staff was laid back but very accommodating. Room was comfy, clean, and well appointed. Will stay here everytime I come in town! Didn’t get to eat in the outdoor spot but it looked like a great place to have an intimate dinner, or relaxing drinks and tapas with friends. Room service breakfast was delicious!
The property seemed secure and clean, but not user friendly. The location was not accurately described, or what I expected, and should be labeled East Menlo Park or Redwood City so people know they will be staying in an industrial area far from dow town Menlo Park.
Very nice little cottage. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. It was very beutifully furnished and comfortable. It is in a really quiet location reasonably close to downtown menlo park and sharon heights shopping center by car.
Nice little hotel with great, helpful staff. Not to far to walk to downtown and Stanford without the high price tag of closer hotels. Breakfast was good and there were little patio areas outside your room or sitting areas round the pool to eat..
The cottages really exceeded my expectations and is a real gem in the Palo Alto area - really had everything I needed and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was amazing- I would highly recommend this boutique hotel-
This place is amazing! Everything! Location, rooms, staff, cleanliness! It was so nice to have our own patio. The most amazing hotel! Highly recommend! Will stay there every time I’m in Bay Area.
The location of this hotel was perfect for our visit with family. Breakfast was very nice, however they ran out of food (mostly boiled eggs) by the time we arrived which was around 9 am.
very great experience here ,my family member enjoy this hotel a lot, the place is convince to Stanford campus. SPA and room service are professional and efficient.
